I really cannot thank you both enough, and just had to message you both. Having been waiting since 7am for a removal van to arrive (to no avail) by 10am, sat with my daughter in law, and 5week old premature grandchild, surrounded by boxes and furniture I did not think I had a hope in hell of sorting out the mess we were in. Keys to the flat had to be handed in at 2pm and we were going no-where until I contacted you. Craig was so organised and such a nice guy, with the added benefit of his little helper! He really came up trumps and turned the whole fiasco around. I do hope that his son was ok and enjoyed the venture, Stoke was not just around the corner for the poor little lad.
